If it is an NPC I do know I will be utilizing so much, they get just about full character creation, together with objectives, motivations, and so forth. If it is an NPC which may crop up every now and then, I will give very primary effort with a distinguishing quirk or two and a single driving motivation and character trait. If it is a random one who I do not assume they may ever see once more, they get a reputation and tough bodily description and nothing else. The final class are, after all, the NPC’s which the get together invariably decides to spend probably the most time interacting with and creating bonds with. Fortuitously, I’m fairly good at fleshing out characters on the fly.
